Outstanding Youth Award 08-09

On Monday, November 24 the Northeast Nebraska RC&D held a meeting at Jerry’s Hilltop. A dinner was served to the members and guests in attendance. James Horn of Plainview presented a program on Native Americans and their “material world”. Jan Jorgensen provided The Year in Review part of the program. Following this part of the evening's events, the “Outstanding Awards” were given to several individuals and organizations. One of the recipients was the Osmond FBLA; they were presented “The Outstanding Youth Award”. This was given because 11 members assisted with the Hazardous Waste Disposal project during the summer. A business meeting was held to end the evening.
