District Report Card
Students Prepared!

The following information has been compiled creating a “Report Card” so patrons may see the performance of each school district in the State of Nebraska. Osmond Community School again has a report card with very positive results. We are always trying to improve as a district at what we do, however our results indicate Osmond students continue to perform quite well on academic standards set by the Nebraska State Department of Education while meeting the mandates of the Federal No Child Left Behind (NCLB) law for the United States Department of Education.
The ratings seem to indicate that Osmond Community School continues to produce academically prepared students. We are in a transition phase as we will change the way we assess students over the next few years. This year we will use Nebraska Department of Education’s new Reading assessment test and continue using Nebraska Online assessments for Math and Science. Next year we will change the Math to NDE tests, followed by Science the 2011-12.
By clicking on the link to the right you will be taken to a web site for Osmond’s State Report Card where you can see other pertinent information about the district.
