Lady Tigers give Lady Trojans good run
WAKEFIELD—The Osmond Lady Tigers volleyball team improved in each game of their 15-25, 22-25, 20-25 loss at Wakefield in Lewis and Clark Conference volleyball Thursday, September 29.
The Tigers had a rough showing in the first game, but competed well in the next two.
They had 20 kills and eight ace serves. They had seven solo blocks as well.
Hannah Gutz (Sr., OH) had a team-high eight kills. She also had a solo block. Makenzie Johnson played solid in the middle with five kills and three solo blocks.
Caitlin Kumm (Jr., S) and Hailey Johnson (Sr., MH) each had two kills and two aces. Hailey Johnson also had three solo blocks.
Haven Schultze (So., DS) and Emily Bolz (Jr., OH) each had two ace serves. Mariah Stech (So., L) had seven digs.
The Tigers (2-11) play next at home on Tuesday, October 4 in their annual “Pink Out” game against Elkhorn Valley.
