District Mission Statement
The philosophy of the Osmond Community School system is to provide an educational process related to the personal requirements of the individual student and community it seeks to serve. The fundamental purpose of the school is to challenge the students to discover the desire for knowledge and skills in preparation for their responsibilities in a free and democratic society.

Some principles upon which this growth will be based are:
• Learning as a lifelong skill
• Respect for self and others in a multicultural society
• Problem-solving skills
• Communication skills
• Recognition of our global interdependence
• Ability to locate and utilize information
• Appreciation of the arts and sciences
• Development of responsible citizens
• Development of technological skills
