Tigers Split in Elgin and Central Valley Triangular

ELGIN -- The Osmond Tigers volleyball teams travelled to Elgin to play the Elgin Public/Pope John Wolf Pack and the Central Valley Cougars on Tuesday, September 25 .
The Wolf Pack claimed victory against the Tigers 26-13, 25-9 and the Cougars also beat the Tigers 25-12, 25-14.
In the match against Elgin Public/Pope John, the Tigers made a total of fourteen kills, fourteen set assists, thirteen digs, one solo block, and one ace serve.
Makenzie Johnson (Sr.) contributed the most kills with five..
Haven Schultze (Sr.) made ten set assists and three digs. Grace Gansebom (Fr.) added four set assists, three digs, and one ace serve.
In the match against Central Valley, the Tigers made a total of eighteen digs, ten kills, ten set assists,two solo blocks, and one ace serve.
Grace Gansebom (Fr.) scored the most digs at seven, followed by Macie Aschoff (Fr.) at six. Haven Schultze (Sr.) added eight set assists, and Makenzie Johnson (Sr.) made four kills.
The Lady Tigers’ pink-out game will be played at home on October 2.
