I’m Erin Braun (pronounced “brown”). A Wayne High graduate, I earned my Bachelors at Chadron in ’96 and started my teaching career in a K-8 country school, out in the western Sandhills. Most recently, I spent a number of years at St. Francis, KS as the 2nd, then 5th grade teacher. And, after finishing my masters at Ft.Hays as a Reading Specialist, I was the 7-9 reading interventionist in Victoria, KS before deciding it was time to move home to northeast Nebraska. I’m looking forward to being back in elementary!
On a more personal note, I’m married and have two adult kids. My son is finishing up his naval enlistment, launching jets off the deck of the USS Eisenhower, and my daughter will be starting her first year in the classroom as a speech/language assistant.
