MINUTES OF THE BOARD OF EDUCATION #42R

Special Meeting

02/12/2020

The Osmond Board of Education met at 7:00 pm, Wednesday, Feb. 12, 2020 in the school cafeteria.  The President announced and informed the public that a current copy of the open meetings act was posted in the building. 

It was moved by Moes, seconded by Stanosheck, that it is hereby determined that this meeting was preceded by publicized notice in the Wednesday, Feb 5^th issue of the Osmond Republican; and is hereby declared to be duly convened in open session.  All members having voted in favor of the motion, the same was declared, passed and adopted and the following proceedings were had and done at said meeting in open session.                                                                                         For:  6                    Against:  0    

The Board met to discuss the proposed new Activity Center and the upcoming bond vote, scheduled for public vote on March 10, 2020. 

The meeting was adjourned at 8:02 pm.
