1. Opening the Meeting
   1. Call to Order:  The regular June meeting is called to order on June 9 2025 at _______P.M., in the multi-purpose room of Osmond Community Schools.The Nebraska Open Meetings Law is posted in room. Publication of meeting was provided according to policy 2008, being published in the June 4 issue of the Osmond Republican, and is duly convened in open session.

7. Action Items
   1. Discuss, consider, and take all necessary action to dissolve the Cooperative Agreement with Wausa Public Schools, approved on October 26th, 2023, in its entirety, with both schools retaining their NSAA obligations in the activities of High School Football and High School Boys Wrestling only through the 2025-26 school year.  
   2. Consider, discuss, and take all necessary action on cooping all junior high sports with Plainview Public Schools beginning with the 2025-2026 school year with revenue and expenses beyond coach's compensation to be shared equally - subject to the dissolution of the Wausa-Osmond co-op agreement by both districts.
   3. Consider, discuss, and take all necessary actions on  recognizing Osmond Educational Association as the exclusive bargaining agent for the district’s non-supervisory certificated staff to begin bargaining next fall for the 2026–2027 contract year.
