MINUTES OF THE BOARD OF EDUCATION #42R
SPECIAL MEETING
9/28/2022
The Osmond Board of Education Special Meeting commenced at 7:00 am on Wednesday, September 28, 2022 in the multi-purpose room.
It was moved by Reikofski, seconded by von Rentzell, that it is hereby determined that this meeting was preceded by publicized notice in the September 21, 2022 issue of the Osmond Republican and is hereby declared to be duly convened in open session. Members present and having voted in favor of the motion, the same was declared passed and adopted and the following proceedings were had and done at said meeting in open session. A copy of the open meetings act was posted in the building.

It was moved by Stanosheck, seconded by Reikofski, to adopt the 2022-2023 budget as presented, showing a Total Budget of Disbursements and Transfers for all funds in the amount of $6,341,729.
For: 4 Against: 0
It was moved by Reikofski, seconded by Stanosheck, to adopt the 2022-2023 tax request resolution number OZ2022TR.
For: 4 Against: 0
The Special Meeting was adjourned at 7:07 am.
