- Call meeting to order and verify publication in 1/3/2024 issue of the Osmond Republican and note that meeting is being held in compliance with the Open Meetings Act and it is posted in the room.

- Consider, discuss, and take all necessary action on designating The Osmond Republican as the official news agency; KSB Legal Firm as school attorney; AMGL as the auditor; Steven Bremer as the State and Federal Programs Directors; and Security Bank as school depository.

- Discuss, consider, and take all necessary action on the superintendent’s evaluation.
